Striping, Stenciling, Pavement Markers and Signage
Our line markings are installed using D.O.T. approved marking paint from state-of-the-art airless spray equipment. We can re-stripe the existing lines or design a new layout for per your blueprints. We install items such as truncated domes, bollards, sign and posts for handicapped signage, directional arrows, etc. All of the line markings, curb painting/stenciling, and directional traffic signage is provided in our services.
Cross-hatching, path of travel, handicapped/ramps, handrails, speedbumps, and more. When it comes to your parking lot, we can construct and maintain it all.

Getting a CASp Inspection
In preparation of asking a paving company to address your exterior ADA needs, consider obtaining a CASp (Certified Access Specialist Program) report to ensure all bases are covered (not just the important low hanging fruit such as path of travel striping, proper handicap stall widths and signage heights, etc., but even building entrances that may get overlooked by a parking lot contractor). No one wants to spend the excessive time or money on any lawsuit, especially an avoidable ADA lawsuit.
While parking lot contractors implement the upgrades, a CASp company takes the responsibility to identify all the exterior (and interior) deficiencies that need to be corrected on your property. We have worked with quite a few CASp companies and feel that the best one is a ‘one stop shop’ that: 1. Identifies the List of Deficiencies, 2. Engineers Ready to Use Plans for (Paving) Contractors, and 3. Handles the Permitting process. Should a legal dispute arise after your CASp report is generated, you can even get help showing that you are making reasonable upgrades that may help protect you.
