Foreman - Asphalt Crew

We are in search of a foreman with asphalt paving experience to lead a crew and work alongside project managers and superintendents to complete projects within budgets and deadlines. The foreman will:

  • Have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role with knowledge of the paving industry and equipment.
  • Review schedules to delegate duties for crew members.
  • Identify methods to improve efficiency and inspect the progress of a job.
  • Ensure equipment is used properly and safely.
  • Ensure employees are maintaining the highest level of safety.
  • Keep managers updated as projects move forward.
  • Survey asphalt and sub-grade material to manage quality-control of the project.
