We have enjoyed serving the nine different homeowners on this private, residential street over the years. In 2014 we completely removed and replaced 2/3 of the 30 year old street. The following year, when their budget allowed, we addressed the remaining 1/3 of removal and replacement work to install the new pavement. Now we are on a seal coating maintenance routine every couple of years to maintain the asphalt and keep it protected from the elements.
